After catamaran round puffin island sun came out and wind increased so rigged 125l/7.5m. It climbed even more until I was getting overpowered though choppy parts. I enjoy trying control power through smooth chop but got too technical for me so changed to 100l/6m and was nicely powered. Wind a bit gusty but ok in nice sea.
Interesting Roger wing foiling after a few sessions, and hearing what he has learnt.
